Something Better Than the Snoring Mouth Guard
I thought I should take the time to talk to you about something better than the Snoring Mouth Guard. A lot of people have this problem and don’t really know how to approach it. I’m sure you’ve seen the infomercials on television for guards that you can put in your mouth and they claim to fix the problem. The truth is that they work, but they really have flaws that make them very uncomfortable to use. There are a lot better approaches that you could be using to really get rid of your problem once and for all. I’m going to show you something better than the Snoring Mouth Guard.
Basically the position of your jaw is what determines whether you snore or not. When you’re awake (when you don’t snore) your jaw is actually held up and supported by muscles, but when you’re asleep the jaw is unsupported. This creates a lot of press on the throat and creates the whole problem. The mouth guard will help hold the jaw in a specific position all night. This does stop the problem, but you’re stuck with this device in your mouth. Typically your mouth will fill up with saliva and you’ll literally choke on it in the middle of the night.
A much better approach to take is using a jaw supporter device. This is something that you wear on the outside of your mouth. Basically it goes around the chin and the top of your head. It holds the jaw up as you sleep and completely eliminates the problem.
